Day 1 :

Arrival – Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Arusha. Meet your mountain guide for a pre-climb briefing, gear check, and preparation for the trek. Overnight in Arusha.

Day 2 :

Marangu Gate to Mandara Hut

After breakfast, drive to Marangu Gate for registration. Begin trekking through lush rainforest filled with birdlife and monkeys. Arrive at Mandara Hut (2,700m) for dinner and overnight in mountain huts.

Day 3 :

Mandara Hut to Horombo Hut

Continue trekking through heath and moorland with stunning views of Mawenzi Peak and Kibo. Reach Horombo Hut (3,720m) for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 :

Horombo Hut to Kibo Hut

Ascend steadily into the alpine desert zone. The landscape becomes more rugged and dramatic as you reach Kibo Hut (4,700m). Rest, early dinner, and prepare for the midnight summit attempt.

Day 5 :

Summit Attempt – Uhuru Peak – Descend to Horombo Hut

Around midnight, begin your summit push toward Gilman’s Point and continue to Uhuru Peak (5,895m), the highest point in Africa. After celebrating and taking photos, descend to Horombo Hut for overnight.

Day 6 :

Horombo Hut to Marangu Gate – Return to Arusha

Complete your descent back to Marangu Gate. Receive your summit certificate and transfer to Arusha for rest and overnight at your hotel.

Day 7 :

Arusha to Serengeti – Afternoon Game Drive
