3 days safari to udzungwa & mikumi national parks

Depart from Dar es Salaam early in the morning and drive through scenic landscapes to Udzungwa Mountains National Park (approximately 5–6 hours). Upon arrival, check into your lodge or campsite, then embark on an afternoon hike to Sanje Waterfalls, where you can enjoy the forest scenery, spot wildlife, and swim in natural pools. Spend the evening relaxing at the lodge, enjoying the sounds of the forest.

After an early breakfast, take a guided morning forest walk in Udzungwa to observe endemic birds, primates, and unique flora. Following the hike, drive to Mikumi National Park (around 5 hours). In the afternoon, go on a game drive across the savannah, spotting elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and possibly lions and leopards. End the day with a sunset over the savannah and overnight at your lodge or campsite near Mikumi.

Begin the day with an early morning game drive in Mikumi to maximize wildlife sightings and photography opportunities. After breakfast at the lodge, depart Mikumi and drive back to Dar es Salaam, arriving in the afternoon or evening. This marks the end of your 3-day safari adventure.
