3 days Mount meru joining group climb tour

The tour begins with a transfer from your hotel in Arusha to Momella Gate in Arusha National Park. From the gate, you will start trekking through lush montane forests, passing waterfalls, streams, and beautiful vegetation. Along the way, your guides will point out unique flora and fauna of the park. After several hours of trekking, you will reach Miriakamba Hut, where you will spend the night, enjoying dinner and resting in preparation for the ascent ahead.

After breakfast at Miriakamba Hut, you will continue your climb through moorland vegetation towards Saddle Hut. The trail offers stunning views of Mount Meru’s volcanic crater and the surrounding landscapes. Upon arrival, the afternoon is reserved for rest and acclimatization, allowing your body to adjust in preparation for the summit attempt. Dinner will be served at the hut, and you will spend the night surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery.

On the final day, you will begin an early morning climb to the summit of Mount Meru at 4,566 meters. Witness the spectacular sunrise and panoramic views from the peak before descending back to Miriakamba Hut for a well-deserved lunch. After lunch, continue trekking down to the park gate, where a vehicle will transfer you back to Arusha. The tour concludes upon arrival in Arusha, leaving you with unforgettable memories of the climb, scenic landscapes, and the wildlife of Arusha National Park.
