DAY 1 :
MACHAME GATE (1,800M) TO MACHAME CAMP (2,835M)

Your adventure begins at the Machame Gate where you'll meet your guide and crew. After completing the necessary paperwork, you will start the trek through a dense tropical rainforest. The forest is filled with vibrant plant life and the chance to spot some wildlife such as monkeys and birds. After arrival at machame camp you will rest and having the overnight at the camp

DAY 2 :
MACHAME CAMP (2,835M) TO SHIRA CAMP (3,850M)

Will take you through the moorland zone as you ascend from Machame Camp to Shira Camp. The terrain becomes more open with scenic views of the mountain. You’ll pass through the Shira Plateau, which provides panoramic views of the surrounding valleys. This day is also an important acclimatization opportunity, allowing your body to adjust to the increasing altitude.

DAY 3 :
SHIRA CAMP (3,850M) TO LAVA TOWER (4,600M) TO BARRANCO CAMP (3,960M)

You will take a challenging hike towards Lava Tower, an ancient volcanic formation located at 4,600 meters. This part of the climb helps with acclimatization, even though the route ascends significantly. After a rest at Lava Tower, you will descend to Barranco Camp at 3,960 meters. The descent helps your body adjust to the altitude, and it also provides great views of the Barranco Wall

DAY 4 :
BARRANCO CAMP (3,960M) TO KARANGA CAMP (4,035M)

BARRANCO CAMP (3,960M) TO KARANGA CAMP (4,035M)

This day is focused on tackling the famous Barranco Wall. Though the climb is steep, it is manageable with the help of your guides, and offers a great sense of accomplishment. Once at the top, the trail continues across the Karanga Valley and up to Karanga Camp, located at 4,035 meters. The day's hike is relatively short but steep, giving climbers the opportunity to relax and enjoy their surroundings in the afternoon.

DAY 5 :
KARANGA CAMP (4,035M) TO BARAFU CAMP (4,640M)

Early in the morning after breakfast you will start the hike through alpine desert terrain with fantastic views of the mountain. Upon reaching Barafu Camp, climbers will have time to rest and prepare for the summit push. The night is spent at Barafu Camp to rest and gather strength for the final ascent to Uhuru Peak.

DAY 6 :
BARAFU CAMP (4,640M) TO UHURU PEAK (5,895M) TO MWEKA CAMP (3,100M)

The final day of your trek begins with an early start around midnight. You will begin your summit attempt in the dark, with the goal of reaching Uhuru Peak, the highest point on Mount Kilimanjaro. The route is steep, and the final push is difficult, but the satisfaction of standing at the summit will make it all worthwhile. After reaching Uhuru Peak, you will descend back to Barafu Camp for a short rest before continuing the descent to Mweka Camp for the night. This is a long day, but the achievement of summiting will fuel you through the descent.

Day 07 :
MWEKA CAMP (3,100M) TO MWEKA GATE (1,640M) – MOSHI / ARUSHA

The final day of the trek is a descent from Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate, which takes around 3-4 hours. The descent takes you through lush rainforest, offering beautiful scenery as you make your way back to the park gate. Upon reaching Mweka Gate, you will be awarded your Kilimanjaro Certificate to commemorate your successful summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. Afterward, you will be transferred back to Moshi relaxing celebration of your achievement. Upon arrival in Moshi you will take you belong and heading to Arusha your drive will drive you to Arusha for the next adventure of 5 days Tanzania safari Tarangire Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater and Lake Manyara national park.

DAY 8 :
ARUSHA/MOSHI TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Your safari adventure begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi, where you’ll meet your experienced safari guide. You’ll be driven in a comfortable 4x4 safari vehicle that will provide a smooth and safe journey through Tanzania’s varied landscapes. The drive will take you through lush forests, quaint villages, and the stunning Great Rift Valley before arriving at Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire National Park is one of Tanzania's most underrated gems, known for its large elephant herds and breathtaking landscapes dominated by ancient baobab trees. The park is also a haven for predators, including lions, leopards, and cheetahs, which you will have the chance to spot on your first game drive.

Upon arrival at the park, you’ll enjoy a morning game drive. Tarangire’s river and wetland areas attract many wildlife species, particularly during the dry season. You’ll have the chance to see elephants gathering along the riverbanks, giraffes gracefully grazing, and zebras and wildebeests roaming the open plains. You may also spot lions lounging in the shade of the trees or hidden leopards perched on branches, watching their prey.

In the afternoon, you’ll stop at a designated picnic site to enjoy a packed lunch amidst the beautiful surroundings. After lunch, you’ll continue your exploration of Tarangire’s diverse ecosystems, including swamps and savannahs. The park is also home to a rich variety of birdlife, including the endangered yellow-collared lovebird and the bustard. As the evening approaches, you’ll head to your lodge or campsite near the park, where you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner and relax for the night.

DAY 9 :
LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

You’ll depart early for Lake Manyara National Park, a beautiful park located on the western edge of the Great Rift Valley. The drive to Lake Manyara takes you through scenic villages and lush forests, providing more opportunities to observe Tanzanian life as it unfolds along the way.

Lake Manyara is a park known for its diversity of habitats, from groundwater forests to soda lakes, and its unique wildlife. Upon arrival, your guide will introduce you to the park’s geography, and then you’ll begin your first game drive. The park is famous for its tree-climbing lions, a rare behavior that you might be lucky enough to witness. As you explore the park’s ecosystems, you’ll encounter herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, and impalas. The Lake Manyara soda lake, which is often home to vast flocks of flamingos, will provide the perfect backdrop for a memorable wildlife experience.

After a morning of game viewing, you’ll stop for a picnic lunch at a scenic location within the park. You can relax, enjoying your lunch while observing the surroundings, with elephants grazing nearby and birds singing in the trees. Following lunch, you’ll continue your game drive, exploring other areas of the park, including the grassy floodplains, the hot springs, and the shores of the lake. Lake Manyara is also a great place for birdwatching, with over 400 species of birds recorded in the park, including pelicans, hornbills, and kingfishers. In the evening, you’ll leave Lake Manyara and make your way to your accommodation.

DAY 10 :
SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, you will travel to one of the most iconic wildlife destinations in the world: Serengeti National Park. The drive takes you through Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you’ll stop for panoramic views of the Ngorongoro Crater. After passing through picturesque landscapes, you’ll enter the vast Serengeti plains, where you’ll be treated to the sight of endless grasslands stretching as far as the eye can see.

The Serengeti is home to a vast variety of wildlife, including the famous “Big Five” – lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and rhinos – as well as cheetahs, zebras, wildebeests, and gazelles. The park is also renowned for the Great Migration, where millions of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles move across the plains in search of fresh grazing grounds. This seasonal spectacle is one of the most amazing wildlife events on the planet, and depending on the time of year, you may have the opportunity to witness it. You’ll embark on a full-day game drive, starting with a morning drive to catch predators in action as they hunt for prey. You may witness lions stalking their next meal or cheetahs sprinting at high speed to catch their prey. In the afternoon, you’ll pause for a packed picnic lunch in the park, and then continue exploring different areas of the Serengeti, such as kopjes (rocky outcrops), riverbanks, and woodlands. As evening approaches, you’ll return to your lodge or campsite for a well-earned rest and a delicious dinner.

DAY 11 :
SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

You’ll enjoy another full-day game drive in the Serengeti. You’ll explore new areas of the park and focus on spotting more wildlife. The Serengeti is vast, and there is always something new to discover. Depending on the time of year, you might be able to witness the Great Migration in full swing, with herds of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles crossing the plains.

You’ll also have the chance to visit the Seronera River area, where wildlife gathers around the water source. This is an excellent location for predator sightings, as lions, leopards, and cheetahs often stake out territories here. You’ll also come across elephants, giraffes, and buffaloes in the riverbanks, and plenty of bird species, such as vultures, eagles, and secretary birds. In the late afternoon, you’ll return to your accommodation to relax and enjoy a hearty dinner.

DAY 12 :
NGORONGORO CRATER

After breakfast, you’ll head to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is home to some of the highest concentrations of wildlife in the world. Known as the “Garden of Eden,” the Ngorongoro Crater is an extinct volcanic caldera that measures over 260 square kilometers and is home to over 30,000 animals, including the Big Five.

You’ll begin your descent into the crater, where you’ll spend the morning game driving through the lush vegetation and open grasslands of the crater floor. Here, you will have the chance to see lions, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos, and hippos, as well as many other species such as zebras, wildebeests, and hyenas. Birdwatchers will also delight in the variety of species that inhabit the crater, including flamingos that feed on the soda lake. After a picnic lunch at a scenic spot on the crater floor, you’ll continue your game drive, soaking in the beauty and serenity of this incredible ecosystem. In the late afternoon, you’ll ascend the crater walls and begin your journey back to Arusha where your safari adventure ends. DAY 13 :
STONE STOWN AND PRISON ISLAND

You’ll embark on an unforgettable journey to Stone Town and Prison Island for a blend of history, culture, and wildlife. This day offers an enriching experience as you explore Zanzibar's captivating heritage and enjoy the natural beauty of the island. Your day begins with a visit to Stone Town, Zanzibar’s UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for its rich history, winding alleyways, and stunning architecture. The town is a fascinating mix of Arab, Persian, Indian, and European influences, which is reflected in its buildings, culture, and vibrant markets. You’ll have a guided walking tour through the maze of narrow streets, where you'll discover important historical landmarks such as: The House of Wonders (Beit al-Ajaib, The Old Fort, The Sultan’s Palace (Beit al-Sahel , The Slave Market.

In the afternoon, you'll embark on a short boat ride from Stone Town to Prison Island, located just a few kilometers off the coast of Zanzibar. Also known as Changuu Island, it has a fascinating history that spans from being a place for quarantining sick slaves to serving as a colonial prison. Upon arrival at Prison Island, you’ll be greeted by its most famous residents: the giant Aldabra tortoises. These magnificent reptiles, some of which are over 100 years old, roam freely on the island, and visitors are welcome to interact with them and take photos. You’ll also explore the ruins of the old prison and the island’s former quarantine station. The island’s peaceful ambiance and beautiful beaches make it an ideal spot for relaxation, offering fantastic opportunities for swimming and snorkeling in the clear waters, where you can admire the vibrant marine life. After a fulfilling day of exploration, you’ll return to Stone Town for the evening. You can take the rest of the day to relax, enjoy a delicious meal at one of the local restaurants, or take in the sunset at the beach.

DAY 14 :
MNEMBA ISLAND

You’ll visit Mnemba Island, a private paradise off Zanzibar’s northeastern coast. After a short boat ride, enjoy activities like snorkeling and diving in vibrant coral reefs, swimming with dolphins in their natural habitat, and relaxing on pristine beaches. You can also try kayaking or paddleboarding in crystal-clear waters. A delicious seafood lunch will be served on the island, and you'll have free time to explore or unwind. In the afternoon, you’ll return to Zanzibar's main island for a relaxing evening.

DAY 15 :
DEPARTURE

You’ll have a leisurely breakfast at your hotel, where you can reflect on the amazing experiences of the past days. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing in Zanzibar. Your driver will transfer you to Zanzibar International Airport for flight.
