Morning: Pick-Up and Drive to Ngorongoro Crater
Depart early from Arusha, Karatu, or your lodge and drive approximately 3–4 hours to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy scenic views of the Great Rift Valley and Maasai lands along the way.

Morning Game Drive in the Crater
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a guided game drive. Explore the crater floor, one of the most wildlife-dense areas in Africa. Spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, and the rare black rhino, as well as flamingos and hippos in crater lakes.

Lunch:
Enjoy a picnic lunch in a designated area inside the crater while soaking in the dramatic scenery of the caldera walls and open plains.

Afternoon Game Drive and Return
Continue your afternoon game drive, visiting different sections of the crater for more wildlife viewing. In the late afternoon, ascend back to the rim and begin your drive back to Arusha or your lodge, arriving by early evening.
