1 Day Mount Meru Hiking from Arusha

Your adventure begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Arusha. You will drive to Arusha National Park and arrive at the Momella Gate for registration. Here, you’ll meet your professional mountain guide and an armed park ranger who will accompany you during the hike.Late Morning: Begin the HikeStart your hike through the lush montane forest, home to black-and-white colobus monkeys, blue monkeys, and a wide variety of bird species. As you continue, the trail opens into grassy glades where giraffes, zebras, and buffaloes often graze.
